This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, both in your own practice and as a land steward. In exchange of living at the hacienda, each resident is asked to work 20 hours per week as part of our staff. You’ll develop a better understanding of land management for overall land health, as well as problem-solving and technical skills needed to manage land sustainably. The rest of the time you can develop a creative project or conduct research on a topic of your choice. Applications from teams of 2 to 4 people are encouraged. Does not include meals; residents must self-organize to buy and cook their own food.

3-6 weeks // live-work exchange

AVAILABILITY: FEBRUARY, MARCH, MAY, JUNE or JULY. APPLICATION DEADLINE: 3 MONTHS in ADVANCE.
